Tour de Cure

Tour de Cure

Tour de Cure exists to cover ground to cure cancer.

We choose to ride a bike as our vehicle to cure cancer as it also promotes a healthy lifestyle, which is a key element of cancer prevention.

Through our inspirational cycling tours and events across Australia, we're able to identify and fund the world-class cancer projects that we believe will have the biggest impact.

Since 2007, we've funded more than 250 cancer projects and achieved 18 significant, world-class cancer breakthroughs.

We've also helped to raise awareness about cancer prevention to more than 81,000 Australian school children through our Be Fit, Be Healthy, Be Happy program.

Tour de Cure

Tour de Cure is a Tier 1 cancer charity. Since 2007, we have raised in excess of $25 million.

We've funded over 252 cancer research, support and prevention projects. Our rigorous and respected selection process has results in 18 scientifically-recognised cancer breakthroughs.

We ride

The 'Signature Tour' is Tour de Cure's annual flagship event. Additionally, Tour de Cure is running Country Tours, the 2016 Peter Mac Ride, several corporate tours (CAN4CANCER and Woolies on Wheels), L'Etape and for the 3rd consecutive year the Tour de Cure Ball.

Our mission: To cure cancer

Melbourne Our vision: To contribute to significant cancer breakthroughs by 2018

JOIN A TOUR

While we have distinct roles on Tour, we are all part of one team. Aside from the role-specific characteristics referred to below, all team members need to be committed to helping find a cure for cancer and giving back to the community through fundraising and involvement in delivering our cancer awareness message to the schools and communities we visit on tour.

There's a ride for you

Whether you are a gun cyclist, an endurance racer or someone new to the sport, we have rides available for all different levels of skill and fitness.

But all our rides have one thing in common: they help to fight cancer.

We ride for the men, women and children who are affected by cancer and those who sadly have lost their lives to this terrible disease.
