Wagyu tartare - Finely diced Wagyu fillet, smoked yolk, pickled cucumber, mustard & toasted crostini
Chilli glazed pork belly - sticky chilli glazed pork belly with shaved cabbage slaw
Main - Your choice of:

Wagyu rump 250g (450D, MB 6+) - Served with crunchy chips or farm salad and your choice of mushroom or peppercorn sauce
Portuguese chicken skewer - Peri peri spiced chicken thighs with lemon. Served with crunchy chips or farm salad and your choice of mushroom or peppercorn sauce
Lamb rump 250g marinated lamb rump with wagyu fat roasted potatoes, carrot puree, raspberry veal jus
Dessert each:

Chocolate and hazelnut fondant; classic in-house baked fondant with a melted white chocolate centre with hazelnut praline ice cream
