Where: Port Augusta foreshore (Behind the Woolworths) Port Augusta Skatepark opened in 2010 and is still a fantastic community space in great condition. Unley Skate Bowls, Myrtle Bank
Unley Bowls. Previous site of the "World Famous in Adelaide" Unley Vert Ramp which the Legend, Tony Hawk once skated. Today two large semi modern bowls are in place. We love a cracking regional playground and this one is a beauty. Where: South Road, Glandore This may seem an odd spot for a playground, being right smack bang amongst the hustle and bustle of busy South Road, but if your kids love a mix of playgrounds, ball games and a spot to ride the bike or scooter, then this will suit you to a tee! Opened in late August, 2019, George Whittle Reserve is an amazing new space for families in Adelaide's inner North. Oaklands Estate Wetland, Reserve & Recreation Plaza
A lovely balance between new equipment and nature play this upgraded play area is magic. The City of Marion spent $825,000 on this upgrade in 2019 completing the 12-hectare Oaklands Recreation Precinct which contains a wetland, skate park, education centre and rotunda as well as two kms of paths and this great new nature play area. We love this playground! It's small but perfect for the whole family.
