Sea to Shore Glenelg Seafood Festival is returning to the Glenelg foreshore on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 October as a weekend-long event for the first time - showcasing South Australia's finest seafood at one of the state's favourite coastal destinations.
Festival ambassador Chef Laura Sharrad has curated the event, which will see delicious, fresh seafood dishes created by respected South Australian chefs paired with local wine and gin, all while overlooking Glenelg's stunning coastline and soaking up the spring sun.
Experience a unique weekend of oyster shucking, prawn peeling, salmon searing, sashimi slicing, and much more using fresh, ethically, and locally sourced produce. A demonstration kitchen will give guests the chance to see live cooking demonstrations and hear from a variety of producers.
