Foodland stores are local, independently owned supermarkets so when you shop with us you help support your local community. Foodland are indeed "The Mighty South Aussies".
So how does shopping at Foodland support our community?
Foodland retailers have been supporting South Aussie sporting and community clubs, charities and schools for 50 years. Our retailers donate to over 200 sporting clubs, 100 schools and kindergartens and over 250 other charities and community groups every year.
Donations include $370,000 for the Little Heroes Foundation along with $32,000 for the Cancer Council and $23,000 for the Flinders Medical Foundation. These donations would not have been possible without the the great support of our loyal customers along with the many valued suppliers to Foodland. We are continuing to support many worthwhile charities in 2012 and remain committed to the communities of SA.
In addition we regularly support the Cancer Council, Odd Socks Day and Breast Cancer research every year.
At Foodland we remain passionate about our community and about providing our customers with fresh local produce and a full range of groceries along with personalised service.
Local products that are being discontinued by the national supermarket chains are still available at Foodland because we believe strongly in supporting local producers and we are an active foundation member of Advantage SA to prove it!

We also carry an extensive range of products under the Foodland Brand. Over 200 in fact and over 50% of these are from SA manufacturers with the balance of the range sourced only from Australian manufacturers.
We will always endeavor to have the Foodland branded product range produced in our home state as we are committed to South Australia. This will guarantee that the Foodland branded range does not include imports, unlike some of the house brand products available from our competitors.
Our prices are competitive and we have a new catalogue out every week that is filled with hundreds of great specials from all departments. As well as the Foodland group specials, our stores regularly have their own exclusive specials so you can save even more by shopping at Foodland. Dont forget to check your letterbox every week for our catalogues.
We now have 115 stores located in South Australia with many more to open in the future. There are an additional 2 Foodland stores operating outside of SA (NT and Broken Hill)
